After working in real estate for 20 years, serving on many HOA boards working with various management companies, Hossein saw a need for better services for HOAs that didn’t have the ability to hire large management companies. He started Metro Management Group to provide full service HOA management to small and medium associations.

With a unique skill set developed from working as a Realtor ® and property manager for over 20 years, Hossein works with HOAs on anything from budgeting to maintenance to compliance with the law. Hossein is a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM), accredited by DORA and the Colorado Real Estate Commission.  He keeps HOAs organized, well-maintained and treats everyone with respect.

To best serve his clients, Hossein dedicates time to keeping up with research regarding property values, local zoning changes, and nearby development so he always understands the full picture. As a manager for HOAs, he doesn’t just check maintenance requests off a to-do list, he is personally involved in all aspects of, effectively and efficiently, managing your association.
