The Resident Portal is the cornerstone of communication between the residents, the board, and the management company. The Portal can be run from a computer or mobile devices. The homeowners can pay dues, request service, access financial & the governing documents and communicate with the management company or the board.
Additionally, the portal provides a board-only communication channel to manage the association’s business.
